Sorting and Case Packing Line for Doypack Pouches

This sorter and case packing line is designed for sorting doypack pouches and packaging them into carton boxes according to preset packing patterns. The case packing system is of a split type and consists of a case erector, a pouch loader, and a case sealer. It erects fold-flat carton blanks, seals the bottoms, and conveys the cases to the pouch loader. The pouch sorter includes a buffering belt conveyor, an acceleration belt conveyor, a dual servo sorter, a servo side pusher, a buffering storage unit, and an electrical controller. It organizes pouches into layers one at a time, stacks them with interlayer partition boards if more than one row in a case is required, and delivers them to the loading funnel, where the pouches are inserted into the formed case. The loaded case is then conveyed to the case sealer to be sealed at the top.
